Ingredients:
Artichoke
1 lemon
Butter for dipping
Flaky salt
Using a knife, trip the top inch off the artichoke. Using scissors, trip the pointed tips off each leaf. Place the artichoke in a medium sized pot and add 2 inches or so of water to the bottom. Slice a lemon in half and add it to the pot. Season the water with a big pinch of salt. Put the lid on and bring the water to a simmer. Simmer for 25 minutes. Remove the artichoke and place it on a plate. Squeeze the lemon onto the artichoke. Peel leaves back and dip in butter, seasoned with flaky salt. Once you've finished the leaves, cut the hairs off the heart and enjoy that too!
