About me

Hi, I'm Heidi!

I started Berg Bakes as a way to document the food I made that my family loved! I am a mother to four boys, and I love cooking for them.  My husband gave me the nickname Berg years ago, after what my parents call me - Heidle, short for Heidleberg. I enjoy looking at recipes and trying new ones every day.  There are hundreds of versions of each recipe and I love finding the ones we like best.  This is my journal of those recipes.
