Overnight Sourdough Pancakes


Ingredients:


At night:

1 cup sourdough discard

2 cups flour

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon salt


The next morning add:

3 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

3 eggs

4 tablespoons melted butter


Method:


Combine discard, flour, milk and salt in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Cover and let sit overnight. The next morning, add sugar, baking soda, eggs and melted butter. Whisk until smooth. Cook pancakes on a skillet heated to medium heat in butter.
