Honey Pistachio Granola


Ingredients:


3 cup oats

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup pistachios

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

3/4 cup coconut flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup flavorless oil, I used canola but coconut would be good too!

1/4 cup honey


Method:


Heat the oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients on a sheet pan and press down. bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing half way through and pressing down again. Cool for 30 minutes before breaking it apart into chunks. Serve over yoghurt or cottage cheese!
