Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup softened butter
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
4 cups flour
1 16 ounce bag of smashed Cadbury eggs
Method:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream together 1 1/2 cups softened butter, 2 cups brown sugar and 3/4 cup white sugar. Add 3 eggs and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda and mix. Add 4 cups flour and mix until just combined. Add a 16 ounce bag of Cadbury eggs that you’ve smashed a bit with a rolling pin. Mix until they are fairly evenly distributed. Use a large cookie scoop to shape the cookies. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet leaving a few inches between each, the cookies will spread. Bake for 10-11 minutes until just barely browned in the edges. Drop the baking sheet onto the counter to flatten the cookies leaving you with a nice crisp edge. Cool and enjoy :)
