Sheet pan brownies


Thin, chewy brownies, perfect for a crowd!


Ingredients:


2 cups flour

2 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup coca powder

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 cup oil

1/2 cup melted butter

6 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla


Method:


Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in a measuring pitcher and whisk. Add the wet to the dry ingredients and combine. Pour onto an oiled sheet pan and spread evenly, the batter is fairly thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until they are just set and look crinkly on top. Dust the top with powdered sugar and serve with a big cup of milk.
