Ingredients:
1 small container arugula
1 whole lemon
3 green onions
1/3 cup crumbled feta
1 avocado
Method:
Slice the green onion very fine and add it to the bowl. Dice the avocado and add that to the bowl. Add the feta and arugula and then squeeze over all the juice from the lemon. Check to see if you’d like salt and enjoy! Feta is salt so I always salt after.
