Homemade Granola


Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup oats

1/3 cup sliced almonds

1/3 cup chopped cashews

1/3 cup coconut flakes

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoon avocado oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Pinch of salt if your nuts are unsalted


Method:


Combine avocado oil, maple syrup, brown sugar and salt in a bowl. Add everything else to a sheet pan. Pour mixture over the nuts, oats and coconut and combine well. Cook at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Store in an air tight container for a month. We love it over fruit and yogurt or cottage cheese.
