Sourdough Buttermilk Pancakes





Ingredients:


1 cup sourdough discard

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

1 cup flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 tablespoons melted butter


Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the wet ingredients. Whisk together until just combined. Don't over mix. Cook on a skillet over medium heat in plenty of butter.
