Ginger Brown Sugar Pork Bowl

Ingredients:
Pork marinade for 2 tenderloins:
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 tsp ground ginger
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
big sprinkle of pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pickled carrot salad:
1 carrot sliced with a peeler
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 sliced green onion
Pickled cucumbers:
1/2 English cucumber chopped
2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
Method:
Add all of the pork ingredients to a bowl or bag along with the meat and marinate for 1/2 hour while the grill heats. Grill over high heat for about 20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes. Internal temp should be about 145 degrees. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
To make the carrots and cucumbers, just combine everything into a bowl or jar and let them soak up the delicious flavors while the meat cooks. Serve everything ever rice!
